The office was packed because the Midland and Odessa DPS offices were closed to move to the new central building and Crane was taking a lot more customers because of this. The one lady in the office was very professional, worked hard, did a fantastic job, and showed no sign of frustration. There were 22 people in the office when I walked in at 9:30 and she was the only one there to handle them. When I got our after 11:30 they were about 15 people, they just kept coming in. She needs a bonus. One guy even tried to tip her but she said no and refused the tip.

The staff in the Crane office is wonderful. I had awesome dealings with this office and will not go anywhere else. It's worth driving from Odessa. You actually receive personable customer service and are not made to feel that you are just another number. Two thumbs up to Maritza for putting my teenage son at ease when it came time for his driver's test. She made the event memorable.
